Q1.Can I visit your company?
A: Yes, all buyers are very welcome and see our items in our yard with previous appointment. If you are coming from overseas, don't forget to tell us in advance your schedule in order to assist you in Japan. Visa is a personal issue for each buyer, so this is not related to our business. Therearefore we don't supply invitation letter.
Q2. What terms do you accept?
A: FOB, CIF or C&F. You can buy 20 or 40 feet container.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 2 weeks after receiving your advance payment to arrange your goods. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4. Can you arrange the shipment to my destination port?
A: Yes, we work with major big shipping lines and get low rates in the market.
If you prefer to work with collect freight, you just need to inform your contract number and shipping contact number in Japan. Once we get your information we will organize your container in your behalf.
Q5. Can you make our deal through Alibaba Trade Assurance?
A: We are Golden supplier member located in Japan and this service is avaliable only for companies located in China.

I am very happy with my container. Sales representative is very good and service pretty fast than other companies .Recommend it for sure! At begging I was affraid to buy, however I felt very confortable when i started to negociate with them.
